Colour accuracy

Although I endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

Copyright

Images used on this website are the property of Carmel Jenkin and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

As Carmel Jenkin owns the copyright of all her images, that also includes sold original drawings. Carmel has the right to do prints of these original sold images at any time. 

Payments

All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are charged at the current exchange rate.

Returns

With the exception of customers based in the European Union who are within their 14-day post-purchase cooling-off period, Carmel Jenkin does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. Please do inform her by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and she can work to resolve your concerns.

Refunds will be applicable where Carmel Jenkin is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Carmel Jenkin. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Carmel Jenkin within 16 business days of date of delivery.

Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a customer based in the European Union, in accordance with EU legislation you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork and receive a refund.

This website provides an electronic withdrawal function (button in lower left and withdrawal form in footer) that allows eligible customers to submit a withdrawal request online. Once submitted, Carmel will promptly send confirmation that she has received your withdrawal request, including the date and time it was received. If you withdraw from your purchase after receiving the artwork, you must return the artwork to Carmel without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying her of your withdrawal.

Once she receives your withdrawal request, she will contact you with guidance on how to safely package the artwork for return shipment, including any packaging specifications necessary to help protect the artwork during transit. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the artwork beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

Privacy and security

This site uses Paypal for all monetary transactions. Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.
